Meikos DV 120.2 T
door type machine has an extra-tall 27" interior clearance height to
accommodate taller ware, such as sheet pans, with ease.
Variotronic technology allows the machine to transform
from a dishwasher to a utensil washer with the press of a
single button. Its powerful 2 hp wash pump is regulated by
Meiko's award-winning Mike 2 control system, creating
variable-frequency drive and wash pressures. This gives the
operator the flexibility to accommodate various soil loads,
from fine glass stemware and china to heavily soiled pots,
pans and utensils.
Other unique features include Meiko's "Active Plus" wash tank
soil removal system, "Soft Start" fine china and glassware
protection system, "Aqua-Stop" water leakage protection
system, and the "Auto-Safe" temperature control system.
Together with the unit's internal booster heater and
power rinse pump, "Auto-Safe" provides constant,
guaranteed temperature and pressure for the final rinse cycle, regardless of the incoming water temperature and
pressure - even using a cold water supply.
The DV 120.2 T can easily be field-converted for use in corner
installations in minutes.

Variotronic
technology adjusts the wash pressure to match
the type of ware. NSF-rated as both a pot and pan washer and a
dishwasher, the
DV 120.2 T's flexibility lets you use one
machine to
wash fine glassware and heavily soiled pots, pans and utensils.
Meiko's exclusive Active Plus double filtration system removes
food soil during the cycle, saves detergent and eases your
cleanup chores.
This system uses the natural water flow of the fill and drain
cycles to sift debris out of the wash water and into the drain
system.
During the
wash cycle, debris is trapped inside the filter, keeping the
wash water clean and saving detergent. During the
drain cycle, the water flow flushes the debris out of the
filter and into the drain, making cleanup easy.
Meiko's exclusive,
award-winning Mike 2 controller is standard equipment on the
DV 120.2 T. It provides simple, one-touch automatic operation, automatic
regulation of water temperature and pressure, and advanced service diagnostics.
